Follow these instructions to fill out the form

• Login with your IPPIS NO and salary account number.

• Upadate your details and submit.

• Download and sign 3 copies of your Biodata.

• Crosscheck your details before submitting as correction will not be allowed after submission.

• Staff are also enjoined to get their valid TIN through the JTB site: https://tinverification.jtb.gov.ng as it will be required while updating the form.
